摘　　要：综合分析独立学院教学办的工作特点及管理人员工作中面临的问题,提出通过教学、科研、教研、教学管理、培训等多途径提高教学办队伍内涵建设的方法与思路,旨在充分调动其工作热情和创新意识,全面提高综合素质,最大程度发挥他们在教学管理上的重要作用。The working characteristics and the problems exited in teaching administration team were analyzed. Some methods such as teaching, research, teaching administration, and training to improve work passion and comprehensive quality of teaching administration team were proposed to fully mobilize their enthusiasm and sense of innovation, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of their teaching to maximize the important role of management.
