摘　　要：高校实验室作为实验教学、科研和社会技术服务的前沿阵地,其管理水平的高低将会间接或直接影响到相关受益者的权益。国外许多高校已基于ISO9000标准建立高校教育服务质量管理体系并对服务质量能力进行评价。本文结合化学实验室的特点,将ISO9000标准的管理理念和方法应用于实验室管理,从而提高实验室管理水平和持续改进实验教学质量及服务水平。The rights of the stakeholders were directly or indirectly affected by the management levels of the laboratories when the laboratories in university were considered as the most important place where teaching activities, scientific research and technological services were conducted. The quality management system based on IS09000 series of standards was established at many universities abroad so as to the abilities of offering high quality teaching, which were well evaluated. Considering the characteristics of the chemical laboratory, the methodologies of ISO9000 was introduced and applied to the management of laboratory aimed at improving the management level and the quality of teaching and technological services.
