摘　　要：为了使微生物学实验在现有教学环境下真正体现其实践性和应用性强的特点,激发学生的学习兴趣,锻炼学生的操作技能,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,实现课程教学目标,对微生物学实验教学内容、教学方法和考核制度进行改革,并在生物科学和生物技术专业试行,得到了学生的普遍认可,取得了较好的教学效果。In order to embody the practicality and application of microbiology experiment in current situation, stimulate students in- terest, train their manipulative skills, and improve their abilities of problem solving and analyzing, a reform on course content, teaching methodology and evaluation system has been employed. The trial on students majoring in biosciences or biotechnology shows a positive effect and has accomplished the teaching goals.
