摘  要:以油茶粕为原料,筛选生产蛋白饲料的最优培养基及菌种组合。首先对油茶粕进行成分分析,结果表明:两组处理蛋白质含量均为9%以上,是一种很好的饲料原料;接着以米曲霉初筛油茶粕生产蛋白饲料的发酵培养基,获得了较优的培养基配方为:热水脱皂的油茶粕16 g,麦麸1 g,葡萄糖2 g,(NH4)2SO41 g,水19 g。最后,通过平板点种试验及三角瓶发酵培养,获得油茶粕生产蛋白饲料的最佳菌种组合及接种比例:地衣芽孢杆菌10181︰黑曲霉︰葡萄汁酵母1445︰米曲霉=1︰1︰1︰1。发酵生成的粗蛋白含量为16.94%,较未发酵时的10.82%,提高了56.56%。By taking Camellia cake as the raw materials, the screening tests were conducted in order to find out the optimal medium and bacteria group for producing feeding-protein in oil-tea Camellia defatted cake. Firstly, the cake's composition was analyzed, the results show that the crude protein contents of two groups of cakes were over more than 9%, the cakes are good protein feeds; which contain is a good feed ingredients; then the optimum fermentation medium was obtained by Aspergilluse niger fermentation, the media components is as follox, dngs: 16 g Camellia oleifera meal removed SOAP in hot water, 1 g wheat bran, 2 g glucose, 1 g (NH4)2SO4, 19 g water; finally, through the plate dibbling test and conical flask fermentation, the optimum multi-strains ratio of protein feed was obtained as followings: Bacillus licheniformis 10181: Aspergilluse niger: Saccharomyces uvarum 1445: Aspergillus oryzae, the ratio of them was =1 : 1 : 1 : 1. The crude protein content generated by fermentation under this fermentation condition could reach 16.94%, which was 56.56% higher than that (10.82%) of the control.
