摘　　要：本文以中共十七大以来对毛泽东的评价为主线,用他卓越的历史贡献诠注他为"当代中国一切发展进步"奠定的"根本政治前提和制度基础"。在新的历史起点上,继承毛泽东这份宝贵遗产,内化于心、外化于行,对于全面建成小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,具有深远的历史意义和重要的现实意义。Based on the appraisal of Mao Zedong since the 17th Party Congress, through his exceptionalhistorical contributions, this dissertation gives an interpretation of the 'fundamental political prerequisite and institutional basis' laid by him for the 'improvement of contemporary China.' Based on the new historical start-point, to inherit the valuable heritage of Mao Zedong with an aim towards internalization by heart and externalization by action would be of great historical relevance and practical significance for the Chinese dream, that is, the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
