摘 要:运用热裂解-气相色谱-质谱(Py-GC-MS)法对银杏叶提取物(EGB)热裂解产物进行了分析,并对EGB加入卷烟的感官质量进行评价。结果表明:EGB主要裂解产物为烃类、酮类、醇类、醛类、酚类、呋喃类、酸类、芳香族化合物及其衍生物,不同温度下的产物成分和含量变化较大。产物中有多种香味物质,它们的含量随着温度升高而降低,有着各自独特的嗅觉特征,具有定香和助香作用。加入0.025%的EGB改善卷烟吸食品质效果较好。该研究为考查黄酮类物质及植物提取物在卷烟燃烧中转化行为提供参考,为银杏叶提取物在卷烟中的应用提供依据。In this study,pyrolysis products of Ginkgo biloba leaves extract (EGB) were analyzed by pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (Py-GC-MS) and the evaluation of the sensory quality by adding EGB to cigarette was performed.The major pyrolysis products of EGB were hydrocarbons,ketones,alcohols,aldehydes,phenols,furans,acids,aromatic compounds and their derivatives,the composition and content of pyrolysis products varied greatly with different temperatures.There were a variety of flavoring substances which decreased with increasing temperature and they had specific olfactory characteristics used as fixatives.The better result was obtained by adding 0.025% EGB to cigarette which improved the taste quality.The research gave references for the study of conversion behavior of flavonoids or other plant extracts in cigarette combustion.It also provided basis for the application of EGB in cigarette.
