摘 要:目的了解江西省南昌市本地市售食用菌菇中农药残留污染现状。方法随机抽取了16个品种共120份菌菇,采用气相色谱法对蔬菜中有机磷、有机氯、拟除虫菊酯、氨基甲酸酯4大类农药进行检测。结果在所测样品中,农药残留检出率为51.67%,主要残留农药是三氯杀螨醇、甲氰菊酯、联苯菊酯、速灭威、氯氟氰菊酯等,但这些农药均未超过规定允许范围。结论南昌市售食用菌菇中农药污染存在一定的问题,应加强农药残留的监测。OBJECTIVE To know the situation of pesticide residues in mushrooms on the markets of Nanchang. METHODS According to the recommended items by the national food contamination monitoring manual, Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometry was applied to determine the contents of organophosphate pesticide, organochlorine pesticide, pyrethroid pesticide, carbamate pesticide in 16 kinds of randomly collected mushrooms. RESULTS The rate of detection for the pesticides was 51.67%, the main pesticide residues in mushrooms were tetradiphon, fenpropathrin, bifenthrin, tsumacide and cy- halothrin. CONCLUSION There are still pesticide pollution in mushrooms on the market of Nanchang city. Therefore, it's necessary to strengthen the surveillance and study of pesticide residues. It is necessary to strengthen the food safety control for monitoring the food pollution dynamics.
