摘  要:目的研究三清降糖方及有效萃取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。方法通过建立体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制模型,用4-硝基酚-2-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(PNPG)法,以阿卡波糖为阳性对照,考察样品对不同来源的α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响,筛选三清降糖方有效萃取物。结果三清降糖方石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物对酵母α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率均高于以阿卡波糖,只有正丁醇萃取物对鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率高于以阿卡波糖。结论三清降糖方各萃取物均可抑制酵母α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,正丁醇萃取物可抑制鼠肠α-葡萄糖苷酶活性。OBJECTIVE To evaluate inhibitory of Sanqingjiangtang decoction on activity of alpha -glueosidase. METHODS By establishing inhibitory model of alpha-glucosidase in vitro, Sanqingjiangtang decoction was screened, activity was assayed by the PNPG substrate and acarbose as control. RESULTS It was found that petroleum ether, ethylacetate and n-butanol extracts had higher inhibitory effect on yeast α-glucosidase than acarbose, and only n-butanol extract had higher inhibitory effect on activity of rat intestinal α-glucosidase than acarbose. CONCLUSION All the extracts from Sanqingjiangtang decoction has inhibitory effect on activity of α-glucosidase, n-butanol extract has inhibitory effect on activity of rat intestinal α- glucosidase.
