新建本科院校图书馆学科服务的现状、瓶颈与对策研究

摘　　要：学科服务是高校图书馆行之有效的创新服务模式,也是推动图书馆服务转型的重要手段,然而,新建本科院校图书馆由于学科服务体系不健全、学科用户需求动力不足、学科馆员服务能力不强等因素的制约,造成学科服务实践成效不显著。突破图书馆学科服务的瓶颈应加强学科服务顶层设计,重组图书馆业务流程;创新学科服务模式,实施"按需分级"服务策略;融入教学科研过程,激发用户潜在需求;凝练学科馆员团队,提高学科服务整体效能。As an innovative service model of the university library, discipline service plays an important part in motivating the library service transition. Defective discipline service system, insufficient users demand and inefficient discipline librarian from the discipline service bottleneck. So the library is in urgent need of strengthening the top-level design to reorganize the work flow; innovating the discipline service model to implement ＂on-demand classification＂ service; fitting in the teaching and the research process to stimulate users demand and train the discipline librarians to improve the service efficiency.
