摘　　要：20世纪抗癌战取得了长足的进展,层出不穷的新手段也给肿瘤患者带来了希望,然而其"消灭肿瘤"的治疗模式所带来的负面效应,使之出现了瓶颈。基于此,21世纪抗癌策略的改变——调控肿瘤,给中医及中西医结合肿瘤防治带来了思考,亦带来了契机。中医药着眼于肿瘤干细胞、细胞间质及其微环境研究具有广阔的前景,以"肿瘤痰证理论"为主中西医肿瘤的综合治疗策略,将会对世界医学做出我们民族的贡献。The 20th century anti - cancer battle has made considerable progress, the emerging new means also brings hope to cancer patients, however, the treatment modalities - eradication of cancer and its adverse effects have brought a bottleneck to cancer therapy. Based on this, the 21st century anti - cancer strategy change - the regulation of tumor, brings thinking and opportunity for traditional Chinese and Western integrated medicine in cancer therapy. We believe that Chinese medicine focus on cancer stem cells, tumor mesenchymal cells and its microenvironment research has broad prospects, and based on the theory of tumor - phlegm microenvironment, the traditional Chinese and Western integrated medicine cancer therapy strategies will make our national contribution to the World Medicine.
