摘　　要：目的:探讨中药结合心理干预对乳腺癌术后患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将68例乳腺癌根治术后患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各34例。对照组只接受常规抗肿瘤药物治疗;治疗组除接受常规抗肿瘤药物治疗外,结合口服中药益气健脾疏肝颗粒治疗及进行心理干预治疗。研究周期为12周。治疗前后测定外周血T细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性。结果:治疗前两组各项免疫指标(CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+、NK)的水平间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组与对照组治疗后比较CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+和NK细胞均值有不同程度提高,(P<0.05),CD_8^+下降,统计学处理差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药结合心理干预可改善乳腺癌术后患者的细胞免疫功能,,使NK细胞活性上调,T淋巴细胞免疫功能上调,从而使机体更有效地发挥抗肿瘤效应。Objective ： To evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy on the cellular immune function of the patients with breast cancer after surgical resection. Methods ：68 patients with breast cancer radical surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 34 in each）. The control group only accepted conventional chemotherapy. The treatment group combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy and psy- chotherapy. The observation period was 12 weeks. The activity of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells （NK cells） in all patients of two groups were detected pre and post treatment. Results： There was no significant difference in all the immune indices（ CD＋, CD4＋, CDs, CD4/CDs, NK）between the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. At the end of therapeutic course, the immune indices （ CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CD4/CD8＋ , NK） of the treatment group were remarkably higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the level of CDs was lower than that in in controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychotherapy can improve the cell immune function of the patients with breast cancer. The treatment enhanced the anti - tumor immunological effect of the body by increasing the activity of NK cells and T lymphoeytes.
