食用芦荟胶囊润肠通便作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究食用芦荟胶囊的润肠通便作用。方法:采用复方地酚诺酯形成小鼠便秘模型,观察食用芦荟胶囊对便秘小鼠的肠道推进运动、便质、首粒排排便时间和粪便粒数的影响。结果:在不影响小鼠体重的情况下,食用芦荟胶囊能促进便秘模型小鼠小肠运动,明显缩短小鼠首粒排便时间,增加6 h内的排便粒数和重量。结论:食用芦荟胶囊具有较好的润肠通便作用。Objective ： To investigate effect of Edible Aloes Capsule on moisturizing the intestine to relieve constipation. Methods ： A constipation model was developed by administration with Compound Diphenoxylateo. Then the effect of Edible Aloes Capsule of different dosages on experimental constipation models was investigated by observing the intestinal propul- sion, the excrementitious properties, defecate frequency and quantity in mice. Results：Edible Aloes Capsule can signifi- cantly enhance the intestinal propulsive rate, shorten the time of bowel movement at the first time and evidently increase fecal quantity and granules of 6 hours, and without affecting the weight of mice. Conclusion：Edible Aloes Capsule has an obvious effect of moisturizing the intestine to relieve constipation.
