威麦宁胶囊联合经支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察威麦宁胶囊联合经支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效和不良反应。方法 72例局部晚期NSCLC患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组患者采用采用单纯支气管动脉灌注化疗,观察组患者采用威麦宁胶囊联合经支气管动脉灌注化疗。结果治疗组患者治疗结束后1个月,完全缓解率(CR)和总有效率(ORR)分别为16.6%和77.8%;对照组患者化疗结束后1个月,完全缓解率(CR)和总有效率(ORR)分别为13.8%和72.2%。两组患者的近期疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组患者生活质量明显提高,骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐等化疗不良反应降低。结论威麦宁胶囊联合经支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期NSCLC,减轻了不良反应,生活质量改善明显,提高了中晚期肺癌的化疗耐受性,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of Weimaining capsule combined with bronchial artery infusion chemotherapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 64 patients with locally advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into Weimaining capsule combined with local chemotherapy group（ n = 32）and simple local chemotherapy group（ n = 32 ）. Results One month after the local infusion chemotherapy, Weimaining capsule group showed rate of complete remission and response rate were 16. 6% and 77. 8% , while the control group of patients,were 13. 8% and 72. 2%. There is no significant difference in short-term efficacy between the two groups;Weimaining capsule treatment group significantly improved the quality of life, and reduced the adverse reaction of chemotherapy, such as myelosuppression, nausea and vomiting. Conclusions Weimaining capsule plus local chemotherapy reduced reaction of chemotherapy -induced toxicity, improved quality of life significantly and increased local chemotherapy tolerance in locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer, it is worth to promote the clinical application.
