摘　　要：目的观察鼻咽癌(nasopharyngeal carcinoma,NPC)及鼻咽黏膜炎性组织中E-cadherin和β-catenin的表达,探讨二者在NPC发生、发展中的作用及相关性,并分析二者与各临床病理指标的关系。方法采用组织芯片及免疫组化技术检测E-cadherin和β-catenin在98例NPC组织及32例鼻咽黏膜炎性组织中的表达。结果 (1)E-cadherin和β-catenin在NPC组织中异常表达率高于鼻咽黏膜炎性组织。(2)E-cadherin和β-catenin表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤TNM分期及淋巴结转移等临床病理特征无明显相关性(P>0.05)。(3)E-cadherin和β-catenin在NPC组织中的表达存在一定关联(P<0.05)。结论 E-cadherin和β-catenin表达异常可能与NPC的发生有关,可能是NPC发展的早期参考指标。Purpose This work aimed to evaluate the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and nasopharyngitis tissues, and to discuss their relevance and the roles in carcinogenesis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and to investigate their correlation with the clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin on tissue microarray slice obtained from 98 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and 32 cases of nasopharyngitis tissues. Results （ 1 ） Abnormal expression rate of E-cadherin and β-catenin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were higer than that in nasopharyngitis tissues. （2）The expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin were not related to patients＇ age and sex, TNM stages and lymph node metastasis （P 〉 0. 05）. （3）There was a correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and β- catenin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Abnormal expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin may contribute to the carcinogenesis, and may be early potential markers in the development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
