多西他赛联合奈达铂对卵巢上皮性癌患者血清CA125及LPA的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多西他赛联合奈达铂对卵巢上皮性癌患者血清CA125及LPA含量的影响。方法将2011年1月至2013年3月在本院接受多西他赛联合奈达铂方案化疗的49例卵巢上皮性癌患者作为研究对象,并以同期在本院进行体检的50例健康女性作为对照,采用放射免疫分析法(IRMA)及酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测受试者血清中的CA125及LPA的含量。结果化疗前,卵巢上皮性癌患者血清中CA125及LPA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而化疗后,卵巢上皮性癌患者血清中CA125及LPA含量较化疗前显著降低(P<0.05),化疗后卵巢上皮性癌患者血清中CA125及LPA含量与对照组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。多西他赛联合奈达铂方案治疗卵巢上皮性癌的有效率为95.92%,且疗效与患者血清CA125及LPA水平显著相关,治疗效果越好,血清CA125及LPA水平越低。结论多西他赛联合奈达铂方案治疗卵巢上皮性癌患者的效果较好,可能与影响患者血清CA125及LPA的水平有关。Objective To investigate the effects of toxicity of docetaxel and nadaplatin on the Serum CA125 and LPA Levels in Patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods 49 cases of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer who were treated by toxicity of docetaxel and nadaplatin from January 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital were selected as research group, and 50 cases of healthy people examined in our hospital at the same time were chosen as the control group, the serum CA125 and LPA levels of two groups were detected by using enzyme- linked immunosorbent method （ELISA） and IRMA. Results Before Chemotherapy, the serum CA125 and LPA Levels of epithelial ovarian cancer patients was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After chemotherapy, the serum CA125 and LPA levels of epithelial ovarian cancer patients was significantly lower than that before treatment （P 〈0. 05）. No significant difference was observed in serum CA125 and LPA levels between after chemotherapy groups and control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The total effective rate of toxicity of docetaxel and nadaplatin on the epithelial ovarian cancer was 95.9%, which was significantly related to the serum CA125 and LPA levels. The better efficacy, the lower the serum CA125 and LPA levels. Conclusions Toxicity of docetaxel and nadaplatin was effective in the treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer. The serum CA125 and LPA level may he involved in the efficacv of toxieitv of doeetaxel and nadanlatin.
