摘　　要：组织因子途径抑制物-2（TFPI-2）是一种广谱的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制物,可抑制包括纤溶酶、胰蛋白酶、基质金属蛋白酶在内的多种蛋白酶.TFPI-2可通过维持细胞外基质的完整、调节肿瘤血管生成、调控肿瘤细胞凋亡等机制调节非小细胞肺癌的侵袭转移,并成为肿瘤基因治疗的新靶点.Tissue factor pathway inhibitor-2 （TFPI-2） that inhibits plasmin,trypsin and matrix metalloproteinases is a broad-spectrum inhibitor of serine proteinase.TFPI-2 can accommodate the invasion and metastasis of human non-small-cell lung cancer by maintaining the integrity of extracellular matrix and regulating the angiogenesis and apoptosis of tumor cells.It has been a new target for gene therapy of cancers.
