摘　　要：二十一世纪是知识经济时代,竞争无处不在。但无论是科技竞争、军事竞争,还是综合国力的竞争,关键在于人才的竞争,特别是具有高水平创新型人才的竞争。创新型国家的建设离不开创新型人才的培养,信息化条件下的军事斗争准备更离不开创新型的军事人才。本文讨论了军队院校创新型军事人才培养中德才教育的问题。21st century is the era of knowledge economy, competition is everywhere. But whether it is technological competition, military competition, or competition in comprehensive national strength lies in the talent competition, es- pecially those with a high level of innovative talent competition. Building an innovative country is inseparable from the cultivation of innovative talents, under conditions of informatization preparations for military struggle but also insep- arable from innovative military personnel. This article discusses the military academies innovative military personnel training in moral education.
