摘 要:作者在环境专业教学过程中发现,实训和课程实验有很大部分重复、考评形式本科化,并发现学校更注重学生高级工考证而忽视职业能力测评体系的建立,最终导致学生职业能力培养效果不突出。作者经对所在校问题分析认为:为提高学生对问题解决的开放性、创新性、空间方面的职业能力,实践教学应单独测评;同时学校应增加实践性教学项目设计和设施的建设;编制各课程职业能力测评项目替代现在的国标抄录加计算过程验算化模式的实训教材。The author discovered in teaching on environment science that there is plenty of iterance and weakness in the op- erational practice trainings and experiments courses, and the college she worked for is more concerned with the students to get an advanced wording skill certificate and ignore to establish a professional ability assessment system to review the knowledge and skill of the students learned, which finally result in the low performance of student in professional capability. After the analysis of the problems met in her teaching, the author believed that teaching on operational practice should be tested alone in order to improve the professional abilities of the students on handling practice problems they met more effectively, openly and creatively. At the end the author suggests that the college should increase development in practice projects and equipment facilities, and start up assessment projects on professional ability in place of the teaching materials originated form excerption of related environmental standards with the verification mode.
