摘　　要：中国和美国在国际社会中占有重要地位,对国际社会的发展有重要的影响,而且也受到全球的关注。国际社会的发展很大程度上离不开教育的发展。因此,什么是教育?所谓教育就是培养新一代适应和融入社会的全过程,也是传承和发展人类经验的主要环节。众所周知,不同的地区和文化有不同的教育制度。本文,作者从不同的方面分析了中美家庭教育的特点,并着重提出了产生这种差异的种种原因。通过对比,本文也提出了一些改革中国家庭教育的建议。China and America have an impact on the international community,and they have received the universal attention.The development of international community greatly depends on the advanced education.What is education？ Education is an entire process for new generations to prepare to be engaged in social life,and is also the key link which the experience of human can be inherited and developed.As we all know,different regions and cultures have different education systems.In this paper,the author compares the features of family education from different aspects and analyzes the reasons of differences between China and America.By comparison,the paper puts forward some helpful suggestions to reform Chinese family education.
