表面麻醉下小切口非超乳白内障手术212例分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨表面麻醉在小切口非超乳白内障摘除及人工晶体植入采中的临床应用。方法：对212例（223眼）白内障患者在表面麻醉下行小切口白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术，分析手术的麻醉效果及手术效果。结果：全部患眼均能达到理想的麻醉镇痛效果，顺利完成手术，术后1d及1周裸眼视力≥0．5者，分别为63．67％覆91．03％。主要并发症：后囊膜破裂4眼（1．79％），角膜水肿9眼（4％），高眼压7眼（3．14％）。结论：表面麻醉是小切口非超乳白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术的一种简单、安全、有效、并发症少的麻醉方法。Objective： To investigate the effect of topical anesthesia in small incision non clinical application of phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular tens im^plantation. Methods： 212 cases （223 eyes） cataract extraction in surface anesthesia small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, the anesthetic effect and operation effect of operation. Results： all eyes were able to achieve a narcotic analgesic effect ideal, to complete the operation smoothly, after 1D and 1 weeks in UCVA ≥ 0. 5, 63.67% and 91. 03% respectively. The main complications： posterior capsule rupture in 4 eyes （1.79%）, corneal edema in 9 eyes （4%）, high intraocular pressure in 7 eyes （3. 14%）. Conclusion： a simple, safe, effective, less complications of anesthesia method of surface anesthesia small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,
