摘　　要：对镀锌板锈蚀及钝化缺陷原因进行了分析 ,介绍了武钢冷轧厂为了向顾客提供具有良好外观质量又具有较高防锈性能的不涂油的镀锌板 ,采用新型钝化剂及改造钝化系统的实践。The present paper analyzes the causes to the rust and passivation defects of galvanized sheets and introduces adoption of new passivation agent and modification of the passivation system in the Cold Rolling Mill in order to provide the lubrication free galvanized sheets having good appearance and high rust resistance for the customers
