摘　　要：目的：探讨急诊科护理管理方法，有效提高工作质量。方法：在急诊科设立护理组长值班制，实行24h无缝隙管理。结果：夜班护理质量指标夜查房均分由85分上升到99分，全年护理投诉量由19起减少为零起，患者满意度由75％上升至99％。结论：设立护理组长值班制可提高急诊科护理服务质量，提高患者满意度，减少投诉，提高管理效率。Objective： To investigate the method of nursing management in emergency department, effectively improve the quality of work. Methods： The establishment of head nurses in the emergency department on duty system, the implementation of 24h seamless management. Results： The nursing quality of night shift index night real are from 85 up to 99, the annual amount of nursing complaints by 19 reduced to zero, the patient satisfaction in- creased from 75% to 99%. Conclusion： The establishment of head nurses on duty system can improve the emergency department nursing service quality, improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce complaints, improve the efficiency of management.
