摘  要:我国高等职业教育培养目标的主要特点是具有鲜明的就业导向性。高职院校的体育课程教学改革要考虑结合人才培养特点,紧紧围绕职业特色开发体育课程体系,积极为学生的职业生涯服务。根据学生就业岗位特点,可将学生职业体能分为流动对外交往、静态站姿、静态坐姿、工场操作四种类型。根据高职学制和教学安排特点可采用渗入式"、基础+选项"体育俱乐部等课程模式。The development objective of higher vocational education is mainly characterized with a distinct employment-oriented consideration. Physical education curriculum reform in general higher vocational colleges should consider the charac- teristics of its elements, develop the physical education curriculum system closely centering around the occupational charac- teristics and actively promote the career service for students. According to the characteristics of their employment post, stu- dents' vocational fitness can be divided into dynamic external exchanges, static standing posture, static sitting posture and factory operation. In light of the characteristics of higher vocational schooling and teaching arrangement, it is feasible to adopt the following curriculum modes, like the infiltration mode, the "base + option" sports club.
