摘　　要：HER-2/neu癌基因,又名c-erbB-2,在人体定位于染色体17q21,其编码产物p185Her-2蛋白在许多肿瘤,如乳腺癌、卵巢癌、非小细胞肺癌等肿瘤中过量表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后关系密切。近年来,随着对Her-2/neu的研究不断深入,其已经成为乳腺癌靶向治疗的研究热点。HER - 2/neu oncogene, also known as c - erbB - 2, located on chromosome in the human 17q21, which encodes products p185Her- 2 protein in many tumors, such as breast cancer, ovarian cancer, non - small cell lung cancer and other tumors overexpress, and tumor occurrence, development and prognosis of tu- mor closely. In recent years, with the deepening of Her- 2/neu research, it has become the research hotspot in breast cancer targeted therapy.
