某小型汽油机功率提升的试验研究

摘  要:针对某款典型小型汽油机提升额定功率的需求,选取另款高功率参考样机,在发动机动力台架上测试充量系数、机械效率,分析功率不足的原因,将提升功率的方向锁定在充量系数提升。通过TJUEngine TUST105型稳流试验台试验,考察样机和参考样机的进排气系统零部件流通特性,结果表明样机仅消声器流动阻力高于参考样机。样机匹配参考样机消声器,功率有所提升。在此基础上,从提高进气系统动态进气量的角度增加进气管长度,利用进气波动提高进气充量。最终通过两机型反拖试验发现,冷机状态下二者进气充量系数基本相当,鉴于此,样机外特性试验中在进气道外表面少量喷水强制冷却,使样机额定功率达到目标值。This paper, aiming at the power improvement of one typical diminutive gasoline engine, comparing with another higher power reference engine, charge coefficient and mechanical efficiency were tested and the facts of power inadequacy were analyzed. The improvement of charge coefficient was focused on. The compo- nents of inspiring and expiring system of both engine were tested separately on the TJUEngine TUST105 steady flow rig. The experimental results show that only muffler flow resistance of sample engine is poor than the ref- erence. After power was promoted by matching reference engine muffler, the length of intake pipe of the sam- ple was increased to enhance the instant charge by utilizing intake fluctuation. On motoring condition, the charge coefficient was close to each other. Finally the target power was reached by additional cooling of the in- take port surface.
