摘  要:对某轿车在道路试验过程中出现的风扇常转,水温高的故障进行了详细的分析,并阐述了针对该问题的解决方案。本车的冷却策略,是将节温器、水泵、进水口串联相接,在大循环完全打开时,小循环必须完全关闭。为保证冷却策略完全实施,在保证零部件的制造质量之前,首先要有严格的尺寸链计算。另外,还应采取相应措施对水道内气阻,波动频繁、反映延迟原因等进行控制。通过设计改进后,已顺利完成3万km道路试验,在试验中未出现风扇常转、水温高故障。The analysis is particularly operates in the road test of a specific performed with regard to the occurrence of high temperature when a fan car. Furthermore, the solution thereof is also discussed in this paper. This cooling strategy features a series connection of a thermostat, pump and water inlet, i. e. , a minor cycle must be completely closed when a major cycle opens. To ensure the entire execution of the cooling strategy, the strict dimension chain calculation must be first required on condition that manufacturing quality of compo- nents is substantially guaranteed. In addition, the related measures should be taken to control air resistance in water passage, frequent fluctuation and delayed response, etc. After the design optimization is accomplished, a road test of 30,000 km is successfully conducted, thereby solving the above problem completely.
