微波消解-ICP-AES法测定飞机草不同部位常量与微量元素含量

摘  要:用硝酸、高氯酸、过氧化氢(体积比3∶3∶4)作消解剂,采用微波消解处理样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定飞机草茎(主干和嫩枝)、根(主根和须根)及叶各部位中Ca、Mg、Na、Fe、Mn、Zn、Al、Ba、B、Cr、Cu、Sr、Ti 13种常量与微量元素含量.结果显示飞机草各部位元素分布有较大差异,大多数元素在根和叶中含量较多.A method based on microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established for simultaneous determination of thirteen constant and trace elements (Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn, Zn, Al, Ba, B, Cr, Cu, Sr and Ti) in stems, roots and leaves of Eupatorium odoratum L.. Samples were digested in microwaved mixture of HNO3, HClO4 and H2O2 (3:3:4). Optimal conditions for microwave digestion and working parameter of ICP-AES were obtained. It was found that these elements were present in plant parts at different levels, most were present more in roots and in leaves.
