校外青少年艾滋病网络干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价校外青少年艾滋病网络干预效果。方法建立15个QQ群和一个宣传网页,开展为期1年的在线健康教育,干预前后分别采用面对面询问和在线调查的方式对605人和500人进行了问卷调查。结果干预前后接受调查的人群在性别、年龄和文化程度等特征方面无明显差异。与基线比较,干预后研究对象对基本知识及传播途径、个人防病风险意识及行为意向的正确认知均有所提高(P<0.05)。结论网络干预在校外青少年中开展艾滋病健康教育可行、有效,值得推广。Objective To explore the feasibility of web - based education on AIDS among the out - of - school ado- lescents. Methods Online education, based on 15 QQ groups and a webpage built before intervention, was car- ried out for one year among participants who had joined the QQ groups. Information on AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior were collected from 605 participants at baseline and from 500 participants after interven- tion. Results There was no significant difference in age, gender, or education between the two groups. In com- parison to baseline, the participants learned more knowledge on AIDS, including the basic knowledge, AIDS transmission routes, epidemic situation, manners and active intention for AIDS prevention （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion Web -based AIDS education among the out -of- school adolescents is feasible, effective and worthy of popularizing.
