摘  要:由于微网内部分布式电源以及负荷的随机性较大,其对供电可靠性的影响也较大,在运行时,可靠性水平是一个不可忽略因素。以停电损失期望ECOST(expected customer interruption cos)t作为可靠性评估指标,将其加入目标函数中,建立了含实际约束的多目标经济运行优化模型,并考虑风能、太阳能以及负荷的随机性,通过转换为多目标模糊优化模型,运用随机模拟粒子群算法PSO(particle swarm optimazation)和改进的隶属度决策方法进行求解。算例结果表明该模型能够以尽量小的经济损失达到较高的可靠性和环境保护的效果,实现了节能发电调度。The output of distributed generation (DG)and load are random in microgrid system, which has inevitable impacts on the electricity reliability. The electricity reliability is a key factor which can not be ignored to the operation of microgrid. Therefore, a model which meets the actual constraints is developed to achieve economic and optimal op- eration of microgrid, with expected customer interruption cost (ECOST)as one of the objective functions. The model takes the stochastic nature of wind power, photovohaic power and loads into consideration. Particle swarm optimization (PSO)algorithm and improved decision-making method for multi-objective are used to solve the above optimization model. The results show that the model can reach a higher reliability and environmental effect at low operation cost as possible, and can realize the goal of energy-saving generation dispatch.
