多媒体技术在医患沟通中的临床应用实践——以胸外科患者为例

摘　　要：伴随着网络信息技术的飞速发展,医学卫生行业正在跨入信息化时代,本课题采用多媒体技术的多样性、集成性、交互性和实时性的特点,使用自制多媒体术前谈话课件进行医患沟通。通过将胸外科拟手术患者随机分为试验组及对照组,试验组采用多媒体课件进行医患沟通,对照组采用传统方式沟通,分别统计分析两组患者沟通质量满意度,来探讨多媒体技术在胸外科医患沟通中的临床应用。采用多媒体技术进行医患沟通可以显著提高患者满意度,值得在临床工作中进一步推广。The medical health industry was stepping into the information age with the rapid development of network technology, and this subject used the characteristics of multimedia technology of diversity, integration, interaction and instantaneity to carry out the doctor-patient communication using home-made multimedia preoperative conversation courseware. To divide the thoracic surgical patients randomly into research group and the control group, the doctor- patient communication of research group used multimedia courseware, relatively, the control group adopted the traditional way of communication. The satisfaction of the two groups were statistically separately, and be used to study the clinical application of multimedia technology on chest surgery doctor-patient communication. The clinical application of multimedia technology on chest surgery doctor-patient communication could improve patient satisfaction significantly, and was worthy of further promotion.
