民办高职院校学风建设的影响因素及对策分析

摘　　要：针对当前民办高职院校普遍存在学生上课出勤率偏低、不认真听讲、课前课后学习积极性不高、考试纪律性较差等学风现状问题,文章分别从学生自身因素、客观环境因素和教学管理因素角度分析了影响民办高职院校学风建设的主要因素,并据此提出改善民办高职院校学风现状的对策建议.Private vocational colleges for the current prevalence of class, the students attendance is low, do not listen carefully, leamin01g enthusiasm before and after class is not high, the examination disciplinary status issues such as poor study style, articles, respectively, from the student＇s own factors, environmental factors and objective perspective of teaching management factors that affect private vocational colleges study style construction, and accordingly put forward suggestions to improve the situation of private vocational colleges style.
