西宁及周边地区胃癌患者血流变指标变化及临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究西宁及周边地区胃癌患者血流变指标变化。方法:选择初次诊断的中晚期胃癌患者测定血液流变学指标,并与同期体检的健康人对比,统计分析各项指标的变化。结果:西宁及周边地区胃癌患者血液黏滞性增高,全血低切黏度、中切黏度、高切黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、血沉方程K值、聚集指数、电泳指数均较本地正常对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论:体检时血黏度增高的人群,在排除了肝、肾、血液病、糖尿病、高血压等疾病时,应进一步排除胃癌。Objective： To study the changes of hemorheology Indicators and its clinical significance in gastric cancer patients in Xining and surrounding areas. Methods：83 cases of medium and advanced gastric cancer who were identified by pathology and CT, and 70 healthy objects were collected from Dec. 2007 to Jun 2010 in our hos- pital. Hemorheology indicators including of blood viscosity, elythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sedimenta- tion equation K value, gathered index, electrophoresis index, were detected in all participants. The results were compared between the both groups. Results： Blood viscosity of gastric cancer patients was increased. Low shear vis- cosity, middle shear viscosity, high shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, erythrocyte sed- imentation equation K value, gathered index and electrophoresis index in gastric cancer group was significantly high- er than those in normal control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： If level of blood viscosity is found to abnomal in- crease in health physical examination personnel and they have no any internal organs diseases such as diabetes and hypertension so on, it would suggest that objects would do further examination to exclude gastric cancer.
