摘 要:目的建立一种快速测定纳米银消毒剂中银含量的方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)方法,对纳米银消毒剂中银含量测定参数进行了观察,以确定该方法的准确性。结果在0~120μg/L范围内,ICP-MS仪器响应值与试样溶液中银含量呈线性关系,线性方程为I=0.016079×C;相关系数r=0.9999,检出限为3.6μg/kg,相对标准偏差为1.9%,加标回收率在99.6%~107%之间。结论 应用ICP-MS方法测定纳米银消毒剂中银含量,样品处理简单,线性范围宽,测定快速,定量准确。Objective To establish a method for the determination of silver content in nano silver disinfectant. Methods The content of silver in nano silver disinfectant was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP - MS) method and the parameters of the method were observed in order to ensure the accuracy of the method. Results The linear range was 0 - 120μg/L and the linear regression equation was I =0. 016079 *C with the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9999. The detection limit of the method was 3.6μg/kgand the RSD was 1.9% with the recoveries of 99. 6 - 107%. Conclusion The method of the determination of silver content in nano silver disinfectant has many advantages such as easily procession, large linear range, rapid determination and accurate quantitation.
