西北地区农村中小学体育设施环境及优化研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地考察、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对西北地区农村中小学体育设施环境进行了分析,结果显示:西北地区农村中小学生对自己所在学校体育场地、器材设施的布局、色彩以及绿化情况比较满意;但现有体育场地、器材设施达标率不高;开放、管理以及维护工作不好,有限的资源没有得到充分利用。转变思想观念、加快经济发展是优化西北地区农村中小学体育设施环境、实现2020年发展目标的关键所在。In this paper, by summarizing all the related documents, interviewing with related experts, investigating with the designed questionnaire and processing data statistically, elements were analyzed about the environment of scholastic PE facility in northwest China. The result shows that first, rural high and primary school students in the northwest are satisfied with our school sports venues, facilities layout, color and greening situation. Secondly, the existing school sports venues, facilities and equipment in compliance rate are not high. Thirdly , open , management and maintenance is not good enough, so the limited resources are not used fully. Strengthening the force of work in concept, economic areas are the key to the optimization of environment of facilities in rural high and primary school in northwest area and the key to the realization of the devel- opment target of 2020.
