替吉奥(S-1)单药治疗局部晚期老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察替吉奥(S-1)单药治疗局部晚期老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对生存质量的影响方法 33例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,给予替吉奥(S-1)80mg/(m2·d),每日分2次口服,连服28天,休息14天,6周为1疗程。化疗至少2疗程后观察疗效和对生存质量的影响。结果全组33例患者中缓解率RR(CR+PR)21.2%,疾病控制率DCR(CR+PR+SD)60.6%,患者的KPS评分、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能较前改善,肿瘤导致的疲乏、疼痛、失眠、食欲减退等不适均较化疗前减轻,肺功能指标、SaO2好转。结论替吉奥(S-1)单药治疗局部晚期老年非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,毒副反应能耐受,生存质量提高。Objective： to evaluate clinical effect and influence of life quality of S - 1 in patients with local advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods ： 33 patients with local advanced non - small cell lung cancer were treated with S - 1 80mg/（ m2. d - 1 ） from dl to d28 ,following 2 - week - rest. cycle was repeated every 6 weeks, clinical effect and influence of life quality were evaluated at least 2 cycles. Results ： In 33 patients there were PR, SD. The overall response rate was. there was significant improvement in KPS, physical functioning, social function, emotional functioning. Meanwhile, there was significant relief in fatigue, pain, sleeplessness, anorexia which is related to cancer. Pulmonary function and Sa02 were also improved. Conclusion： The result of this study demonstrates that S - 1 in elderly patients with local advanced non - small cell lung cancer has good etlcacy, acceptable toxicity and could improve quality of llfe,
