从羊草的螺旋扩张策略看企业的生存与发展

摘　　要：通过对羊草的生长过程观察,发现其生存策略为:巩固策略、扩张策略、占领策略、克隆区隔避险策略、有性繁殖避险策略,二八战术,建立了羊草螺旋扩张规律图。类比分析表明,严格按照羊草生存发展策略运行的企业,如海尔集团,阿里巴巴网络公司等都遵循螺旋扩张战略而得到了发展壮大;宝洁集团由于违背了克隆区隔避险策略造成了产品市场占有率的急剧下降,百年老企业王麻子盲目进行品牌延伸(盲目扩张),削弱消费者对"王麻子"品牌的忠诚维系,导致了最后以破产收场;曾经辉煌的巨人集团只进行扩展和占领,没有有效实施巩固和避险策略,造成企业分崩瓦解;因此羊草螺旋扩张战略对企业的生存和发展相关问题具有积极长远的指导意义。Through growth and development of Leymus chinensis, it was founded that a spiral elongation rule map and formula was established, through which it expe rience some strategies and tactics, i.e. spreading stage （rhizome elongation strategy）, daughter shoot occupied stage （daughter shoot occupation strategy）, dormancy stage, wake stage, growth and consolidation stage （consolidate strategy）; clonal stockade evade risk strategy, sexual propagation evade risk strategy, twenty and eighty tactics. Through analogical analy- sis, it was founded that some enterprise, e.g. haier group, china＇s alibaba group, was strictly abide by the spiral elongation rule. These enterprises unceasingly grow strong. But china p＆ggroup decreased market occu- pancy because of no adopting a clonal stockade evade risk strategy. The hundred years of old enterprise, wangmazi, made reckless expansion, resulting in going bankrupt, giant group had ever been very glory, it only adopted rhizome elongation strategy and daughter shoot occupation strategy, but did not carried out consoli- date strategy and evade risk strategy, resulting in end up in failure. Therefore, ＂spiral elongation rule of leymus chinensis＂ can offer guidance for survival and development in enterprise.
