摘　　要：本文对追求幸福与体验幸福的重要性问题进行分析,得出两者均比较重要的结论,揭示了在体验幸福时过程与结果都统一于现实活动而不可分离的本质。同时,运用行为经济学相关理论,探究了可持续性因素对于幸福的重要性。This paper analyzed the importance of the pursuit of happiness and experience the happiness and came to the conclusion that both are important, reveal- ing the nature that the process and the result in expe- riencing the happiness were unified in practical ac- tivities. At the same time, by using the related theo- ries of behavioral economics, it explored that sus- tainabilitywas a crucial element for happiness.
