摘　　要：大学生公民意识的强弱直接影响公民社会发展。提高大学生的公民意识,不仅有赖于理论教学中公民身份认知的渗透、灌输,更有赖于其社会实践环节公民生活的参与、体验。《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系概论》的社会实践环节可通过实施"公民意识教育实践项目",鼓励大学生积极参与社区服务、社会调查,提高其对社会问题的观察、分析、探究能力,而这也是巩固公民知识、坚定公民意识、锻炼公民技能,并使三者相统一的基础,是促进成熟公民社会发展的内在途径。The strength of the undergraduates＇ citizen consciousness, strong or weak, directly affects the development of civil society through Improving their citizen consciousness doesn＇t only depend on the penetration and infusion of citizenship awareness theory teaching, but also relies on the participation and experience of citizens＇ lives in the social practice. As to the social practice for ＂Introduction to Mao Zedong Thoughts and Socialist Theoretical System with Chinese Characteristics＂, it is essential to encourage students to actively participate in community service and social research by implementinz ＂Practice Project of Civic Consciousness Education＂ so as to improve their abilities of observing, analyzing and exploring the social problems. This is also the intrinsic way to promote the development of mature civil societies as well as the foundation of consolidating citizen knowledge, determining citizen consciousness, and practicing civic skills while integrating the three into one.
