摘　　要：分析了医院图书馆对照等级评审标准存在的问题,从管理、服务、人才队伍建设三个方面论述了图书馆建设与服务的具体内容,为提高图书馆信息服务水平,提升服务效能和管理效率提供借鉴。Problems measured by hospital accreditation in hospital library were analyzed. In aspects of management, service and human resources buihling, the content of hospital library building and service was discussed to give reference on promoting information service, service quality and nlanagement efficiency.
