氨来呫诺糊剂治疗顽固性口腔扁平苔藓的可行性初探

摘　　要：目的:初步探讨采用氨来呫诺糊剂治疗顽固性糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的可行性。方法:5例顽固性糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者,采用局部涂用氨来呫诺糊剂1周,观察其初步疗效和可能发生的不良反应。结果:1例治疗后显效,2例有效,2例无效。无不良反应发生。结论:氨来呫诺糊剂治疗顽固性糜烂型OLP有一定疗效趋势。Objectives： The aim of the study was to observe the preliminary efficacy ofamlexanox paste by topical appli- cation in treatment of refractory erosive OLP. Methods ： Five patients with refractory erosive OLP were enrolled and treat- ed with amlexanox paste 4 times per day for two weeks. We observed the efficacy and side-effects. Results： The treatment was ineffective for 2 patients, 2 patients had symptomatic improvement, 1 patients were healed. No severe adverse drug re- actions had been observed. Conclusion： Topical application of amlexanox paste was effective in the treatment of refracto- ry erosive OLP and had no adverse effects, but more clinical trials to prove it should be performed.
