摘　　要：应用 2 2 77热活性检测仪测定了MKN 4 5细胞和SMMC 772 1细胞的热功率 时间曲线 ,通过观测化疗药物卡铂对曲线的影响 ,进一步研究了该药物对癌细胞增殖的抑制作用 .Using 2277 thermal activity monitor,we determined the power time curves of human gastric cancer cell line MKN 45 and human hepatic cancer cell line SMMC 7721.By these curves,the influence of carboplatin on the tumor cells growth was studied.Through this experiment,it was found that microcalorimetry could provide a simple but precise method in studying cancer cell biology.
