摘  要:目前,我国中小学体育教师的"国培计划"在具体实施过程中经常集中出现3个基本问题:培训过程中理论脱离实践,培训时什么理论知识对于参训教师最有用,由谁负责进行培训最合理。这3个问题的存在直接影响到该计划的实施效果。笔者经过调查与研究,提出培训教师住校模式研究、参训教师实践知识理论化提升、转变参训教师科研观念、提升参训教师科研水平、进行培训教材的撰写、建设高素质的培训团队、高等体育院系成立教师职后培训教研室、培训者再培训等建议,以期使"国培计划"的实施更科学、更实效。At present, there are three basic problems in the implementation process of "National Training Plan for the physical education teachers in pri mary and secondary schools of China. They are theory divorced from practice in the process of training; what is the core theory in the training process; who is the most reasonable trainers. The existence of the three problems directly affects the implementation effect of the plan. After in-depth investigation and research, the author puts forward some suggestions in order to make the implementation of "National Training Plan" more scientific and practical results. These suggestions include a further study on the model of trainers residing in school, practical knowledge of teachers participating in the training theorized enhance, the transformation of teachers participating in the training concept of scientific research, to enhance the level of scientific research of teachers participating in the training, writing training materials, construction of high-quality training team, establishing department of post-training of teachers in PE Colleges, and trainers" retraining etc.
