摘  要:为研究脑瘫学生完成蹲起动作的足底压力分布与下肢肌肉力学特性,获取机体内外参数,采用运动生物力学方法对4名脑瘫学生蹲起动作进行足底压力及肌电分析。结果显示:蹲起过程中,健侧腿足底压力分布较为合理,患侧腿足底压力呈现不规律变化,健侧腿肌肉做功大于患侧腿,大腿肌群肌电信号指标优于小腿。结论:脑瘫学生完成蹲起动作,健侧腿起主要发力作用,患侧腿力量相对较弱,起辅助支撑保持身体平衡的作用;深蹲起时,患侧腿大量肌纤维被调动起来,大腿相对小腿承担更为重要的责任;对于脑瘫学生ADL训练,蹲起主要增强大腿肌群力量,而深蹲起对发展患侧腿肌肉力量有更佳的效果。In order to investigate characteristics of plantar pressure distribution and lower limb muscle mechanics of squatting-rising exercises in cerebral palsy (CP) students, this research measured it with means of sports biomechanics. The result showed that health side leg is more reasonable than that one for analysis of foot pressure and EMG, EMG signal of thigh muscle is superior to crural. Health side leg plays an important role in squatting-rising exercis es, however, other side leg of which a large number of muscle fiber was aroused when deep squatting-rising exercises support auxiliary the body so as to keep the balance, cerebral palsy students ADL training, squatting-rising exercises enhance thigh muscle strength, and deep squats exercises on develop-ment with ill side leg muscle strength have better effect.
