摘 要:目的调查护理专升本学生人际关系困扰的程度,为开展心理健康辅导及有效沟通培训提供依据。方法采用人际关系综合诊断量表,对370名护理专升本学生进行问卷调查。结果 28.10%的学生存在人际关系困扰,其中4.05%人际困扰较严重。4个维度的困扰检出率由高到低依次为人际交友困扰(44.05%)、与异性交往困扰(30.27%)、人际交谈困扰(27.03%)、待人接物困扰(4.59%)。善于与人沟通的学生人际关系困扰较少。结论部分护理专升本学生存在一定程度的人际关系困扰,人际沟通对人际关系困扰有一定程度的影响。Objective To investigate the level of interpersonal distress in part-time mirsing undergraduates,and to provide basis for mental health counseling and effective communication guidance. Method Totally 370 part-time nursing undergra-duates were investigated by the Interpersonal Relationships Questionnaire. Results The incidence of interpersonal distress was 28.10% and 4.05% of them suffered from severe interpersonal distress. Distress in four dimensions from high to low level were distress in interpersonal relations(44.05%),relationship with the opposite sex(30.27%),interpersonal communication(27.03%) and the way one gets along with people(4.59%). The students with good communication skills suffered less level of interpersonal distress. Conclusion Some of the part-time nursing undergraduates suffer from interpersonal distress,which is partly influenced by the students' communication skills.
