摘　　要：目的 探讨胃癌组织芯片中LAMA-3的表达与临床病理分级等因素的相关性及其意义.方法 采用组织芯片技术建立经确诊的100例胃癌患者的组织芯片,免疫组织化学法检测芯片中LAMA-3的表达.结果 LAMA-3在胃癌组织中表达的阳性率低于癌旁黏膜组织[（63±18）％比（81±27）％,P＜0.05]；根据临床病理分级和淋巴结转移情况,胃癌组织中LAMA-3的表达高低与病理学分级无关,但其表达在有淋巴结转移的患者中显著低于无淋巴结转移的患者[（65±28）％比（75±26）％,P＜0.05].LAMA-3的表达与年龄和肿瘤大小等连续变量之间无明显相关（P＞0.05）.结论 LAMA-3可能是与胃癌发生相关的候选抑癌基因,检测该基因的表达有助于评估胃癌的生物学行为和预后.Objective To investigate the expression of LAMA-3 in gastric cancer tissue and its correlation with the clinieopathological factors of gastric cancer. Methods A tissue mieroarray was created and immunohistochemistry was used to dected the LAMA-3 expression in 100 cases of gastric cancer. SPSS software was used to analyze the results. Methods The expression of LAMA-3 in the gastric cancer tissue was lower than that in the normal gastric mucosa tissue [ （63± 18）% vs. （81±27）% ,P〈0. 05]. The expression level of LAMA-3 in the gastric cancer tissue had no correlation with the pathological stage, how- ever, the expression of LAMA-3 was significantly lower in the patients with lymph node metastasis than in those negative for the lymph node metastasis [ （65 ± 28 ） % vs. （ 75± 26） %, P 〈 0.05 ]. The expression of LAMA-3 also had no correlation with the continuous variables such as ages or tumor size （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion LAMA-3 might be a candidate tumor suppressor gene in the gastric cancer. Detection of LAMA-3 can have a role in estimating the biological behaviors and prognosis of the gastric cancer patients.
