摘　　要：基于工程教育国际化时代背景,借鉴国内外当前一些先进的工程教育理念,针对我国工程教育现状,结合国情,构建了A-H-CDIO人才培养模式和三角网状课程体系,以及相应的质量保障体系,提出了工程教育师资建设新思路,并设想了构建学制贯通的渗透式全国工程教育体系的粗浅方案。An arts and humanity based conceive, design, implement, operate （A-H-CDIO） engi- neering professionals education mode, a triangular netlike curriculum and a corresponding quality ensuring system are constructed in the context of globalized engineering eduction to cater to the Chi- nese engineering education. The engineering mode has incorporated advanced engineering education concepts from home and abroad. A new way of fostering engineering education faculty is presented a- long with a conceived scheme of a penetrative national engineering educational system.
