超声波预处理对无菌复合包装材料中纤维分离效果的影响

摘  要:无菌复合包装材料主要由铝、塑、纸3种材料复合而成,各部分用材品质较高,且目前在市场上的流通量非常大,如何高效循环利用已引起了越来越多的人的关注。本文在分析无菌复合包装材料碎浆条件的基础上,就超声波预处理对其纤维剥离效果及对纤维品质的影响进行了研究,研究结果发现,碎浆时间能够增加纤维的分离效率,碎浆时无菌复合包装材料的配比的增加会降低纤维分离效率,适宜的碎浆时间为20 min,无菌复合包装材料与复印纸的配比为2:3;超声波预处理能够有效地促进复合包装材料中纤维的分离,中性条件下超声波预处理对纤维长度和物理性能等都没有太大影响。Aseptic carton package were consisted of aluminum, polyethylene films and fibers, which were very popular in our daily life. The quality of each part of its materials was very high. The technology of efficiently recycling the package and reusing them was pivotal and need to be solved as soon as possible. This paper contacted the effects of ultrasonic pretreatment on fiber separation from the package on the basis of the optimization of pulping conditions for this material. And the influence of this treatment on fiber properties was evaluated, The results showed that both of the pulping time and the proportion of this material affected the separation of fiber from the surface of polyethylene films. The appropriate pulping time was 20 minutes and the suitable proportion of aseptic carton package and copy papers were 2:3. The role of ultrasonic cavitation can effectively improve the separation of fibers. Under the neutral condition, ultrasonic pretreatment had no effects on fiber length, optical characteristics and physical strength. Simultaneously, this treatment could enhance the separation effect of fibers from the polyethylene films on the premise that increased the pulping strength. This technology had a considerable application value in the future.
