感染性根管一次性根管治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨感染性根管一次性根管治疗的临床疗效。方法将芜湖市中医医院2009年2月到2010年6月之间收治的43例采取感染根管一次性根管治疗的牙髓坏死和慢/急性根尖周炎患者(75颗患牙)和同期的47例采取感染根管二次性根管治疗的牙髓坏死和慢/急性根尖周炎患者(83颗患牙)的临床效果进行对比分析,观察两组的患者术后的疼痛情况和临床治疗效果情况。结果通过两组的治疗效果对比,观察组的患者术后1周的疼痛率与对照组的患者术后1周的疼痛率比较无明显的差异(P>0.05)。观察组的患者在术后3、6、12个月的治疗效果与对照组的比较无明显的差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义。结论临床中采取感染根管一次性根管治疗具有较好的应用效果,有效的缩短患者的临床治疗时间,减少患者就诊次数,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of infectious root canal root canal therapy. Methods Totally 43 cases admitted in our hospital between February 2009 to June 2010 to take infected root canal disposable pulp necro- sis root canal treatment and slow/acute apical periodontitis patients （75 teeth） and the same period clinical effect of 47 cases taken infected root canal pulp necrosis secondary root canal treatment and slow / the acute periapical patients （83 teeth） were analyzed, observed the two groups of patients with postoperative pain and clinical the therapeutic effect of the situation. Results Contrast through the therapeutic effect of the two groups, the observation group of patients with pain one week after the rate of the control group patients after 1 week of pain rate was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ~ Patients in the observation group after three and six months, and 1 year of treatment with patients of the control group af- ter three and six months, and 1 year of treatment effect was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） statistically meaning- less. Conclusion The clinical take infected root canal disposable root canal treatment has a better effect, and has a sim- ilar effect with the traditional secondary treatment effectively shorten the patients＂ clinical treatment time to reduce the number of visits of the patients, worthy of promotion in the clinical application.
