摘  要:正确评估NEDC循环油耗是整车性能开发、匹配的重要环节,为研究影响整车NEDC油耗的发动机关键工况,以NEDC循坏工况特点为基础,借助CRUISE计算平台,制定发动机关键工况判断策略,以某国产车型为研究对象,研究关键工况对整车油耗影响的敏感性。结果表明,发动机关键工况油耗相同,其他区域油耗不同的情况下,NEDC油耗基本一致,最大误差仅为1.39%,发动机关键工况统一调整5%时,NEDC油耗最大变动幅度达到1.82%,单独调整关键工况油耗5%时,NEDC油耗最大变动幅度达到0.54%。Correct evaluation of NEDC fuel consumption is the important link of vehicle per- formance development and matching. In order to study engine key conditions that influence vehicle NEDC fuel consumption, NEDC cycle working condition is taken as the basis, engine key condition judgment strategy is researched based on CRUISE computing platform, a domestic vehicle is used as the research object, and the key conditions on the vehicle fuel consumption impact sensitivity are stud- ied. The results show that if the key conditions of engine fuel consumption the same, other regional fu- el consumption different, NEDC fuel consumption are basically the same, the maximum error is only 1.39% , the engine key working uniform adjust 5% , NEDC fuel consumption maximum change rate reached 1.82% , individual adjustment fuel consumption 5% of key conditions, NEDC fuel consump- tion maximum change rate is 0.54%
