微小RNA 18b在浆液型卵巢癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨微小RNA(miRNA)18b在浆液型卵巢腺癌中的表达水平及其与血清标记物人附睾蛋白(HE)4和CA125表达的相关性。方法实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测30例浆液型卵巢腺癌组织和10例良性瘤组织中miR-18b的表达情况;酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测HE4和CA125的表达。结果miRNA 18b在浆液型卵巢腺癌组织中明显高于良性瘤组织(P=0.007);其表达水平与患者的HE4(r=0.850,P=0.001)及CA125(r=0.475,P=0.001)的表达呈正相关。结论 miRNA 18b与HE4、CA125表达呈正相关,其表达异常可能与浆液型卵巢癌的发生相关。Objective To examine miRNA 18b （miR-18b） expression in serous ovarian cancer （SOC） and determine the correlation with CA125 and HE4,respectively.Methods The expression of miRNA 18b in SOC and benign ovarian tumor （BOT） were determined by using real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was employed to detect the levels of CA125 and HF4.Results The miRNA 18b was significantly overexpressed in SOC compared with BOT （P=0.007） and significantly correlated with HE4 （r=0.850,P=0.001） and CA125 （r=0.475,P=0.001）,respectively.Conclusion The correlation between miRNA 18b expression and HE4 and CA125.The aberrant expression of miRNA 18b may have accounted for the tumorigenesis of SOC.
